Years ago, our journey in downtown Bakersfield began with Centro 18, our first Latin Steakhouse. It was there that we built lasting relationships, created unforgettable memories, and discovered our passion for bringing people together through incredible food and genuine hospitality. That experience laid the foundation for everything that followed.

Today, we are proud to return to the heart of downtown with our newest concept, Taps & Tapas by Chef Lino. Inspired by the vibrant flavors and social dining traditions of Spain, our menu features an exciting selection of authentic and modern Spanish style tapas, crafted to be shared and enjoyed with friends and family.
